We booked this hotel as it was the closest we could find available to the airport (BA says they'll refund our stay in 4-6 weeks time...) "The most astounding aspect was the bundles of energy who dealt with welcoming me to breakfast. So positive - it was impossible not to smile. The breakfast itself was good. More generally, staff attitude could not be more friendly. The room was very comfortable and quiet. I would have liked a bat, but the shower is very good.
