"I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my solo getaway!!! Josh kindly greeted me at the front counter and got me a room with such a wonderful city and ocean view. I booked the king room with the fireplace. The bed was so comfortable. I love the fact the tub and shower are separate; I love a good bubble bath. The only downer was there wasn’t a fridge or microwave. However, they have a fridge but it’s basically a minibar stocked with alcohol and soda. The pool and hot tub weren’t lit up like I’ve seen in other pictures but it still was nice. I got one drink from the bar downstairs, Continental Drift, it was good. Everything is near by so no need to really drive anywhere. The aquarium is just a few feet away. Valet/Self Parking $45 a night plus tax though. Costly but I felt catered to, especially while being on a solo get away. While staying here, I checked out Point Lobos. Great trails for hiking! Definitely will be staying here again and will actually try the C restaurant to check out the food!!"

"Excellent stay at Casa Munras. Quaint with a lot of history but rooms are all updated. Had a King Suite w/ Fireplace and used the fireplace a lot! Outdoor pool is warm. Restaurant serves a very good breakfast. Parking is not free though. "

"Simply the best. The employees were so helpful and portrayed the best customer service. I can’t imagine a more comfortable hotel in the US….10/10. If we could give them 20 stars we would. "

"We found the room clean, the bed very comfortable, the in-room fridge and breakfast included convenient, the fireplace nice for warmth and atmosphere and the grounds well maintained with beautiful flowers in hanging baskets, balcony flower boxes and potted topiaries. We felt comfortable and safe in the hotel location and enjoyed it’s close proximity to restaurants, art galleries, shopping, a small local market next door and walking distance to the beach for us who enjoy long walks for exercise. The only negative is that the walls are thin enough to hear a guest showering and sometimes toilet flushing in room next door or above. Fortunately, the rooms on either side of us were empty most of the time during our three-night stay."
