We had no power for 2 days. We had no hot water, we couldn't charge our phones or use the heater. They said it wasn't their fault and gave us 2 tiny candles.

Rooms, bathroom, and property overall are very clean and well kept! Easy parking, and within walking distance to the Del Monte shopping mall, wharf, and various restaurants. Allen N at the front desk provided us with amazing customer service and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to Monterey.

We had a wonderful time there. We liked the cleanliness of it, the distance to cannery row and the fisherman’s wharf was a short drive. Great value. Parking wasn’t an issue for us but it does fill up quick.
