"We loved this hotel! It is so unique, being a 500 year old building, once a hospital and so many fascinating parts preserved, it's like walking around a museum! Breakfast was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful and the pool was lovely."

"It’s all about the location at the top of a mountain overlooking a jewel box of a church. This grand hotel was built in the early 1900’s. It has been renovated but is definitely an older property. Room was comfortable and the view was AMAZING. Breakfast was wonderful. "

"Parking is the only problem. Charging you extra for parking your car in their garage is not proper. Everything else is excellent. "

"I stayed in this fabulous chocolate hotel in early October when I was walking on the Camino way. After a 10 mile day of walking, it was wonderful to get there and berated with a wine spritzer with chocolate shavings, delicious chocolate bar, and a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was included and was absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend this place. "
