The villa could do with a bit of an upgrade in areas and also some general repairs made e.g bin was broken and sunbeds were broken / missing arms, cracks, ripped sunbed covers. When we arrived we only had 8 sunbeds and we let the agency know. They very quickly provided 2 more which we were grateful for since there was 10 of us. "The above picture is a complete falsehood. There is an apartment building looming over the pool area. There certainly were not that many umbrellas. We fought very hard to get them to understand the air conditioning was not working on the main floor. Out of the four nights there, we only had AC for one night."

"The villa is in a great location, short walk to shops/bars/restaurants. Very clean and tidy inside however some furniture looking quite tired and well-used so would expect this to be upgraded soon. Very spacious for our large family. If I would make any suggestions is to have a bar/kitchen or fridge downstairs next to the swimming pool or pool table to make it easy for drinks. "

"Thirteen friends on a early summer holiday to Portugal, what an experience. The villa is situated in the heart of Budens, easily accessible from Faro airport (<1 hour drive). There are many lovely beaches on the south and west coast, and Lagos or Sagres are no more than 20onutes drive away. We had some great hikes, runs, beach days, pool days and BBQs and would recommend the villa to anyone. The hosts were fantastic, timely in replying and had some great food recommendations. "We had a wonderful stay at this great villa which is only a short drive from the airport, but provides a quiet and beautiful location. For mid-to-late October, we were blessed with the weather, which only enhanced the beauty of the place and its surroundings. There are restaurants and amenities that are only a short drive away, so there's plenty still to see and do. Joao was an excellent host and communication with him was excellent. "Best holiday villa we have ever stayed in! The villa was so spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The view from the villa’s infinity swimming pool was truly stunning! We received a very warm welcome from Jorge on our arrival to the villa. Jorge was extremely helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and places of interest to visit on the beautiful island of Madeira. "We had a great time at this villa for a family birthday. Dermot was super helpful and was very quick to reply and help with any queries we had. Location is a nice 15/20min walk down the marina but with Uber it was only a 5 minute drive. Would recommend spending the additional cost for pool heating. We hired a car because we had a little one but not needed. Villa was very clean and tidy and photos matched reality. Would stay here again. "
