"Perfect stay for my partner’s birthday the staff are really friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean got an upgrade to a king bed which was great. Views from our window were amazing. From walking into the reception it was beautifully decorated and spotless. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choices. Definitely would go back highly recommend this hotel. "

"Generally lovely stay, smooth, easy and welcoming check in. No parking available but it was on a first come first served basis and we were given plenty of other options of places to park. The room was lovely and large, nice deep bath tub. Unfortunately, it was just quite cold in the bedroom and bathroom. The radiator in the bedroom didn’t work, we contacted reception and they brought up a portable heater, which definitely helped. We were there in December and I believe due to the buildings age,...

"The entrance and lounge area are impressive and have a grand feel to it. The reception staff were all very helpful and friendly and checking in was easy. We had booked a double room which was on the second floor at the front of the hotel. We found the room to be quite noisy as it faced the road outside. Also there was a beer delivery in the early hours so that disturbed our sleep. The room was clean and comfortable and was sufficient for our 1 night stay. Hairdryer, tea/coffee and toiletries...
