"There are mixed reviews here. The hotel is amazing. The kids walked in and were in awe. Are the rooms dated, yes. It’s an old hotel but you would not know from the downstairs. The bathrooms in the room a could use a little pick me up but the stay was awesome and room itself was clean. Would def come back! "

"The location to almost every tourist attraction and plenty of restaurants was walkable and convenient. We were so pleased with the location! We felt safe walking about at night. "Perfect location for us next to the 28TH St Metro … easy to navigate all of Manhattan … rooms look bigger on the website but manageable … nice that they have a coffee maker, microwave and fridge - highly recommend going to a local gourmet deli for in room staples because eating out everyday is very, very pricey … excellent staff that took care of everything that came up as the lobby was busy everyday with guests coming and going … "
