"Overall, decent stay in NYC. We did have trouble with the inconsistency of hot water and the actual temp as it was never hot, just very warm at best, and when we called about it, one man scoffed at us because it was warm at the moment he checked. It wasn’t until I pleaded with another worker that they came in and fixed it somehow. Other than that, it was fine. "

"Hotel is in a perfect location in midtown. It is under renovation so we where a bit worried we’d be disturbed by the workers in the morning but they didn’t start until 9 I think. The rooms are small but clean and nice. We stayed in a renovated room facing the back of the building which made it quieter. The complementary coffee was a nice touch. "

"For the Manhattan standard this hotel is quite good. Quiet, clean, rooms in good condition, and renovated bathrooms. The bed is too soft and sinks in the middle; the pillows are standard. The elevators are fast, without the long waits you'd find at other hotels in Manhattan. Some of the staff aren't very friendly, but overall it's OK. Very well located. My only complaint is that the included breakfast area is quite chaotic. It's very small, and there are only a few tables for too many guests....
