Well I am waiting for an additional drinking glass still . My tub didn’t drain The staff was super nice Not enough help TV shut off at random times The doorman offered a cab in stead of UBER other then that it was great

Fantastic rooms and comfortable beds. Beautiful view and right next to Times Square. Everyone working at the hotel was so helpful and professional. Our family highly recommend this hotel!

Upon check in. there were plenty of bellhops and no one greeted us. Front desk was busy and they were very friendly once they were free. Check in was quick and easy. Lobby was nice and festive. We had a good view from our room but it needed to be deep cleaned and the bathroom needs updating. It’s convenient to Time Square.

The hotel was great, nothing to complain about. I could see where someone would be disappointed with the bathroom or furniture not being up to date, but it was more than perfect for my crew. WONDERFULLY AMAZING VIEWS OF THE BALL DROP!!

Property is a great location, however, it is outdated. I upgraded to a suite and the spacing was great. Shower kept clogging, room wasn’t dusted properly, a/c broke down on day 2 of my stay, room was hot and maintenance did not arrive until the following day. Staff was excellent at the front desk and housekeeping as well.

This is my third trip staying at this facility. Always friendly staff and the location is perfect. Some rooms could do with a change out of the carpet but the hotel is always full so I expect with heavy traffic that will happen. I will stay here again once space is available.

If you want a times square experience where you are in the thick of it all, you literally cannot get closer than this. Great location. Its a little run down like torn walpaper and missing hardware, damaged faucets and tub, etc. But I used to work in the hospitality industry so l think I notice more of those things. It was fantastic over all though and would definitely go back there.
