Got bed bug somwhow at the hotel. Pic of bugs taken. I also developed hives from the bug bite. It was extremely itch and stressful. Stayed in nyc many times over many years this was first.

Great location for a quick tourist trip, close to subway although we walked most places. Room was nice and comfortable although no safe and the ice machine was broken. Had an ATM in lobby which was convenient. Located on a street with a bunch or flower shops, which was cute! Staff were all very friendly.

Loved walking through all the flowers that get put out everyday since you’re in the garden district. The subway is very convenient. The rooms are quiet. The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable. It was a perfect spot and place to stay.

Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Vey clean and comfortable rooms. Blackout curtains helped block out street sounds. Two subways stations nearby. Only suggestion would be to install hooks in the washroom to hang bath towels and/or clothing.

It’s a great place to stay very close to Madison Square Garden. Amazing staff they were all friendly and so helpful. It’s definitely worth for your buck if you are trying to find some thing affordable in an amazing location.
