"The staff were extremely friendly; The property is near everything; we had a car and ere able to park next to the hotel; Beautiful, spacious clean room. The only negative is the noise around there. Car alarms going off in the middle of the night, police sirens and music playing at 9am (maybe the music was only due to it being December) "

"Good service at reception. Room is very old and could use a coat of paint. Bed comfort was not so great as beds were old and worn too. No AC and I had to ask for a fan which they provided right away. Interior garden and sitting area is nice. The price was excellent. Location is about 6 blocks to National Palace and Cathedral. Ok place for budget travelers."

For $250 the room was a bit tight in space and our view from the window was a brick wall of a building next door. Got a room here only because of the surrounding shops and restaurants. Also a safe area (zone 16) to be in compared to the rest of Guatemala City. "
