"Do like this properly but the train does pass by with whistle 1-3 times a night. Large rooms. Clean. Shower not tub. Spoke with management to extend breakfast to 10:00 during the week so all the patients at Mayo can go have their 6AM lab work done and still get back to eat. "

"We stay here whenever we have an appointment at Mayo Clinic. The location is very convenient, with direct access to the Mayo Clinic subway. The rooms are clean and well appointed. There is a restaurant, a coffee shop, and a sandwich shop in the same building. Parking can be difficult, especially if arriving later in the day. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who are patients at Mayo Clinic."

"I had room 201 and the key cards didn't unlock the room door unless you used a special technique that the front desk staff showed me. The card had to be moved slowly with pressure applied to one side, just enough to bend the card, but not too much. It was finicky, much more than key card door locks at other hotels I've stayed at. The staffer who helped me was used to helping people that stayed in that room, and had watched me try a few times on the hall camera before coming up to help. He didn't...
