"We had a great time at the water park. I love how the kids park had slides that were similar to the adult slides. I know my grandkids were not bored! I was not impressed with the additional costs for food and drinks at the hotel. I did appreciate that we could bring in food and drinks to the water park area, but we would have spent more money at the hotel had the prices been more affordable. The cost of the rooms and/or water park was enough. Overall, we had a great time!"

The next morning I went down to the front desk and the lady said they didn’t have any but she would check with house keeping. I saw a hose keeper and asked her for some. Her response was no English. "I checked in and the jr suite I had reserved was dusty like literal dust upon everything.. it did take two rooms until we got to the third for a good one but this was after I got in touch with the manager (Amira) on duty she was very very helpful and it was definitely worth my stay I enjoyed myself"

"I like its location! My first room didn’t have heat so I had to be moved. Then I needed assistance to turn the water on in the tub, then to activate the shower and finally to turn the water off. This issue should be taken care of and there should be instructions on how to work the tub’s water and shower. It isn’t obvious and requires a lot of muscle to get it to work."
