"The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The concierge helped us book a swamp tour and front desk got us a cab. Breakfast was fabulous. Lots of choices (hot and cold) and tasted so good! The hotel is in a great location. We loved the ease of getting around town by walking or taking the trolley. The pool was small but good enough to refresh after a long day. A little dirty from debris on the ground (dirt, leaves, etc) and cold but a nice option. We didn't use the exercise room but it looked nice. I love the safety measures in place such as needing your key card to enter the hotel at night. The hotel was quiet and we slept great. "
