"The room was more than I was expecting. The coffee and tea tray was restocked everyday, including the milk in the fridge. I was having issues ordering room service online and they ran up a menu so I could just call it in. Will most definately stay there again next time we are in Sydney."

"The Shangri-La Sydney really lived up to its 5-star rating. Our room was very big and had everything, including a great view and window seats to enjoy it. The lounge on the 30th floor had food, beer, and wine available three times daily, included in the price of the room. The staff were really nice. "

"We liked the location and we were able to walk to a lot of the local sights. The rail system was awesome to get us to the farther locations. Overall very happy with the entire stay."

"Great location. Can Uber anywhere around town for next to nothing. Staff were always happy and friendly. Our toilet seat was broken and no lock on the bathroom door, but we had a family room and didn’t bother saying anything about it. Although I should have told them bout the toilet seat cos now I feel bad for the next lot of ppl that payed for that room. Will definitely make this hotel my first option when going back to Melbourne, can’t beat the price. "
