"Check-in was easy and the hotel staff is wonderful. I called to try and switch our room on the day of and found out that Hotels.com was charging us $300 a night more than they were. To be fair originally Hotels.com was cheaper but for some reason, there’s a room or two available on the day of And they had a significantly lower price than Hotels.com, but I was able to switch my room which was huge."

"Jackson provided exceptional customer servive. The check in process was expeditious and highly efficient. The room was clean, beautiful, and furnished with quality items. The decor was apropos. I was treated with respect and kindness. The lobby was capacious and well lit."

Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Airport

Easy access to airport

"Check in was quick and easy. We were flying out very early and was able to get a shuttle at 4 am. Driver was friendly and helped us. Convenient to be able to pay to park car while we were out of town. He also picked us up from airport at midnight with a smile on his face. Only negative was the amount of people in and out at all hours (which was exactly the same as we did) so it was to be expected. Would definitely stay here again."
