The hotel was okay. Besides the house keeping coming in to just change towels when it said “do not disturb” and the bathtub not draining causing the water to over flow when showering and the water pressure was so low that it was almost impossible shower. No microwave in the room and no hair blower either. Huge inconvenience. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything about the stay was good, including the value. The shower was the only thing that was a little disappointing. It had shampoo and two conditioners, but no body wash. I'm not sure how money is saved going from individual bottles to the mega community bottle but it never fails to disappoint. This solution was worse than usual.

I checked in early,when iI arrived. I was supposed to just ask my key and move on but no 30 minutes later. Two trips in and out. they could not find my reservation. The man at the desk had me leave. I went to the car and double-checked and found all the information I needed went back in another member checked me in. I went out and got my personal items on the way back in the other gentleman glared at me the whole time. It made me feel very uncomfortable.. no one apologize in any format. I was surprised there was no telephone in the room to even call for help/ 911 .Checked the fire map for a vending machine. It was not where it was located on the fire map. I ordered a one-bedroom suite because we have been traveling for almost 2 weeks and I wanted a little privacy. It would have been nice to have two TVs in a unit, one in the bedroom and one in the living room that I paid extra for . 150.00 a night and it's too much to stick another TV in and there was plenty of room in the bedroom and living room .Other thing one trash can for the whole unit . And an extra blanket iit is the middle of November would have been nice. But I didn't want to have to get up, get dressed and go clear down to the front desk to ask for it because there was no phone. The whole unit, which is a suite had only one trash can really.. I walked out back to go down to the steakhouse over the hill. There was trash all over the area and the steps down to the Longhornswas all broken up. Not a lot of lighting. I
