After getting into bed, my pajamas got wet from the sheets and mattress. When I pulled back the sheets, the mattress was soiled, stained, and wet! There was no mattress pad. It was disgusting. We were able to move rooms, but because I paid through Expedia, they couldn’t comp our room. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they had Mondays and Tuesdays off but I could email. I did, but have heard nothing back. I’m going to quit using Expedia because o can never get reimbursed when something goes wrong: canceled flights, wet mattresses, etc.
