"The quality and size of the “apartments” (they’re basically houses, it’s great) is phenomenal for the price. To have a private back deck, many air conditioners, a kitchen, a nice bathroom, FOUR sets of sliding doors.. it was great. Friendly cats run the grounds, par for the course in Europe. Parking is a little tight and it’s in a quaint area of the island but those very small “negatives” are so heavily outweighed by the friendliness of staff, 24 hour pool and big clean rooms that it’s barely...

"Kind people operating it. The property has a great view to the Pico Mountain, there are multiple houses lined up on a small street. It's a very peaceful vibe. It's within walking distance (an a beautiful walk - nice village with flowers, and fruits) to a cafe/bakery, a couple of restaurants, and a nice natural pool for swimming."

"Claudio our host was responsive and very helpful. Excellent customer service and location was perfect and centralized to entire part of the island. There is a free parking lot to park overnight north of the property. About .70 euro per hour if parking on street . Place was spacious with adequate amenities. Would definetly come back again. "

"My husband and I loved this property. We explored all over São Miguel and it seemed like no matter where we went, we were no further than an hour away. The house is spacious and beautiful and had everything we needed (including a washer and dryer). My absolute favorite part was the terrace and surrounding garden.
