"It has nice ocean views and the property was well maintained and very clean. The property manager only communicated when she wanted funds because of a late check in (we were going to pay cash on arrival). Once the funds were received we had to reach out multiple times while flying all day to obtain check in details. Upon arrival we had to leave sensitive information on a desk and weren’t able to ask about late check out. There was no one around except the cleaning staff. "

"Beautiful property with view over Ponta Delgada. Extremely well kept. Quiet at night and comfortable bed. Room was very comfortable. However, it was not clear to me on the description that the bathroom is completely open to the room. Not suitable, if you want privacy. It seemed to be popular with honeymooners. Breakfast pretty much all morning. It’s good, but the same exactly every day. Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day. An honor bar with lots of choices available. Beautiful pool area....

We arrived without a car since there was a complication with our original rental booking. André booked a car for us that was perfect for our needs and had the company pick us up right there. "Very nice place to stay in a unique, old building that was a part of a church. The rooms and bathrooms are newly renovated. It is close to everything and very walkable location. Taxi is 10 Euro from the airport. There is a pleasant park in front to sit out and have a beverage. Good breakfast. And most of all Philippe is the best at the front, very kind and helpful. If I may come back I definitely stay here again. "

"Die Zimmer sind chic, geräumig und in einem erstklassigen Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und vom Housekeeping sind immer hilfsbereit und immer sehr freundlich. Zuverlässiges und schnelles WLAN. Einziger Minuspunkt ist wirklich das Frühstück- es wird bereits um kurz nach 8h nichts mehr nachgefüllt. Man muss jedes Mal um die notwenigsten Sachen bitten.
