“This is a lovely small hotel with very nice staff, nice rooms, a lovely quiet spa, and amazing restaurant. It is close to all of the attractions and transportation. I wish every hotel experience could be like this. The staff are so lovely, accommodating, informative, and friendly. The interior is a refined touch of elegance and simplicity. The breakfast was worth it for me because I didn’t have to think about where to eat and it filled me up the whole day until dinner. I also highly recommend……

“Outstanding experience! No need to appraise the service and the nice looking hotel. One special thanks to restaurant, all staff are extremely helpful and kind. We love them. Since no need to say how wonderful it is (as everybody knows), I will share improvement note. One problem we were facing - the bathroom door can’t close fully. I reported in the morning but we were back to hotel around 4pm, still as per. They fix it after my second call. We felt their sincerity by receiving a handwritten……

“非常好的一家酒店，就是在入住時雖然備注要高樓層，但是還是安排在1層，除此之外住了3個晚上，房間竟然有蒼蠅在，告訴酒店工作人員但沒有反應。但不影響我對酒店的好感，設施非常棒，名牌洗漱用品，床睡得舒舒。”
