"The hotel's facade and lobby are simply old school gorgeous! Clearly a lot of history here. Our check-in was swift, and the man who checked us in was thoughtful and kind. Unfortunately, the heater in our initial room was broken, and it took some time to get a manager then maintenance in there. It could not be repaired with us in the room, but the maintenance guy said the front desk would call us shortly with the new room number. After an hour wait in a room that was actually colder than next to...

"The room was AMAZING! We were on the 16th floor with fantastic views of the Chrysler building in a business executive sweet offering a formal living space, mini fridge, microwave, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, and large bedroom. Definitely recommend! The staff was also extra accommodating and super friendly from check-in to check out."
