Very nice rooms, friendly staff at Front Desk. Big and cozy rooms with nice views too. I dont mind the TV only for Netflix, i actually enjoyed not watching TV for 5 days!! Perfect location.,everything important is close, Subway too, Central Park, good Restaurants!! Thank you!!

The front desk staff, Raymond, was especially helpful and kind as were the others I interacted with. Overall, the property is aging and could use some upgrades (especially the bathroom tile and sink). On the other hand, the price was fantastic, so great value for the money. My only real complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable.

Bathroom sinks are not practical, faucet is too low and the sink itself is non functional. Rooms need a better layout. No fan in the bathroom?? Noisy, yes!!! Hotel alarm went off late at night and that was not acceptable. Staff was pleasant, Dennis and Daniel at luggage. Elevator guy was awesome too!
