「ASU大學就在對面，交通便利去機場及各購物中心都不遠，開車大約在20分鐘左右，早餐非常簡單，住宿品質不錯可惜會有輕軌經過飯店，夜晚比較吵。」

「Nice aqua park with fun slides and lazy river for the kids. Well maintained older hotel with comfortable beds and good size rooms. Beautiful grounds for morning coffee. Will return! 」

「My stay here was absolutely everything I wanted. I had orginallly booked at a hotel that was sketchy and I have to find a last min reservation. I found the Hyatt and they accommodated me immediately. The staff was amazing went above and beyond. The shuttle made it easy to get to my meetings. I rented a car but didn’t need to. I will absolutely be visiting again. I can’t thank the staff enough for helping me feel safe, and treating me like family. 」

「We're staying in 2 bedrooms suite and it's great and spacious room. The front desk staff is polite and friendly even we're asian. The pool is great and clean too, if you can stand the sunshine of Phoenix.」

「It’s a Gen Z mini resort in the city, with a surprisingly live pool area and really neat fire pits. Great vibe. Very spacious and tasteful room. I so wish they had a coffee maker or microwave in the room but you can request a kettle. (Btw a crazy house cleaner decided to throw away a box of mine, stored in the closet, but they found it so no harm no foul).」

「Good, budget, business hotel. Don't like the lack of a room safe. The two communal safes at front desk, that are not secured to the desk. This seems to be a trend in the industry, the lack of a secure place to store your impotant documents is an unnecessary inconvenience. Shower floor had hair on it upon arrival.」

「Stayed for four nights. Room cleaning was missed twice, so no clean linens, etc for the entire stay. Carpets and bathroom cabinetry are in need of upgrades. Pool area was lovely. Shakiera Hellenic is a dynamo. She is engaging, friendly, energetic and versatile. Helped us to feel welcome at the property immediately and throughout our stay. 」
