「We went to Phoenix from Tucson on the same day of check-in to attend a nearby con. Since the con opened earlier than check-in, we spent the entire time there until it closed. The building is directly in front of The Great Wolf Lodge making it extremely easy to find. The entrance was also easy to spot even at night, and as a plus, all the codes worked without any problems. 「The condo is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances. Joel was very easy to work with and, very accommodating and was a great communicator. The property grounds are great with three pools and this condo was less than 50 yards to the main pool.」

「Property was clean and attractive. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cleaning supplies. The drawers in the cabinets could use some guides. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked.」

「Lovely unit. Mattresses very soft. Bathrooms need some TLC. More lamps would be nice. A lot of supplies such as soaps and paper products already there. Nice to have a garage. 」

「This is a very nice 3-bed/2 bath unit on the second floor. The unit was very clean upon arrival and nicely outfitted with comfortable beds and other furniture, kitchen amenities, and linens. We did have issues with the property management company not responding to some maintenance issues that we brought up. Most frustrating was not being able to figure out how to control the living room TV remote control. We asked for assistance several times. All the other TVs worked fine. The tennis courts are...
