"The hotel was great. Fantastic location. Easy in and out. The guys working valet are great. The gentleman working the front desk in the morning is super friendly. While the hall ways are dated, we loved our room and the lobby was beautiful. If you want snacks out of the vending machine bring your own dollar bills. The lady working the evening shift was not very friendly and said she had no dollar bills to change out. She acted lik I was bothering her. All in all a great stay and great hotel. We will be back in January."

"The hotel is beautiful! The surrounding area had a lot of construction and road work going on. The mayor should have had this work done to get ready for Super Bowl during the off season and not during the busy season. Poor timing for the city."

"Very convenient. The bar / restaurant on the first floor were great. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return when we come to New Orleans again."

"Excellent location and walkable to everything. The only thing I can say is that the shampoo in the shower was empty. Other than that, staff was excellent, room was quiet and bed very comfy. I would absolutely stay there again if I were ever to return to New Orleans!"
