"This is an excellent place for a couple who wants low-key R&R. It is a gorgeous location, beautiful landscaping, very attractive and spacious rooms, nice saltwater pool with fabulous lounging area and very pleasant staff. Chill quiet vibe. Only drawback was noise a couple of nights from a separate local business blasting music hopefully the owners will figure a way to eliminate that one thing and I would go back"

"Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived! The staff was the friendliest group of people we’ve ever met and so very helpful! The grounds were pristine and you constantly saw staff cleaning up. The beach left something to be desired. It was very weedy and had an odor to it that was unpleasant, but the cabanas on the beach and around the pools were a perfect way to spend a lazy day! We had a massage at the spa and it was an experience we’ll never forget! The staff at the spa was top notch...

"Great place to stay. It is a bit far from all the actions in Negril and the taxi drivers try to fleece you. They demand exorbitant amounts for even a short drive. Please be mindful of this. I would kindly request the property to introduce a shuttle facility to at least Seven Mile beach either free of charge or at a reasonable price. This would definitely enhance the customer experience of staying at the Cliff Hotel. We had a very comfortable stay. Beautiful property and lovely views. Swimming...
