「The property was beautiful. Staff was so nice and helpful. They had different activities for people at the villa that was fun and brought everyone together. I loved the 24 hrs gym. Thank you for the fantastic experience will definitely come again and recommend to friends and family.」

「It was a positive experience over all. We stayed for two nights. Room was clean and there was a small kitchen to accommodate self cooking. Stuff was friendly. Taxi or local bus as transportation are available for you to choose from. If you want to travel downtown, take local bus #10, for just $1.25. We recommend this small but nice place for everyone to visit. 」

「Views were spectacular. Lovely stay!!」

「A) Poor communication; my messages repeated 3 times in 2 weeks, were never responded to. B) Front desk staff needs training; they don’t know how to smile. C) We were fortunate to be in a renovated unit; very clean. But you never know in advance what type of room you would get. D) Balcony overlooks the ocean; great view E) Food was average. F) They get an ‘F’ for not maintaining the main road approaching the development. 」

「We wanted to have the old San Juan experience, and Hugo's place was at the perfect location with friendly service and all the comfort we needed. The room was quiet and easy to access despite being in a busy area of town. We were given good and flexible service even though we arrived early, and they made us feel like home. We will come back next time in old San Juan!」
