"Very big, beautiful beach and water. Rooms were nice and big. The nicer restaurants food was very good, the two buffets were ok. Some in room things needed small fixing up, like broken floor tiles, rusted trash can, broken door handle to sliding door. But overall very good place would go back for sure!"

"This was my hour 13th visit to this resort. This time we bought family and friends with us for a total of 20. Some had an issue at check in. They waited 2-3 hours before they got into their room, had an issue with luggage getting lost, but they dealt with it. I believe after that, they all had a good time. "Our room was big and clean with a lot of amenities, the pools were huge and were a lot of activities everyday, but the best part was the beach, white sand, turquoise water and super clean. We love it!"

"No onsite restaurant open (evening) only the pool side, while they did their best, it was slow. You can’t tell the property is old and salt damaged outside. Rooms were lovely and spacious (1007) faces the lagoon but it’s a massive room. Not all reservations come with breakfast included, ours did and had to go to the sister hotel across the street. It was great very filling. Very wonderful staff there. "

"Beautiful beach, grounds, great food, drinks and staff. Beach can be noisy for several hours per day with tour boats from adjacent resort blasting sound. Tricky shower accessibility due to tub/glass and no handles. Chilling air conditioning not amenable to sublety. Balcony sliding door almost inoperable."
