「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「Lovely clean and recently renovated room. Front of the property and on the first floor so a stunning view of Cardiff and Caerphilly mountain. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and quality items on the menu. All the staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Beautiful hotel and stunning views. 「Good for what we needed. Tea and coffee facilities were great. Iron and Hairdryer included in the room was a good touch, first time I've ever needed to use them and they worked. The pool was ok, slightly too busy, but we did use it at peak time (evening). Great stay.」
