「It could have been a 5 stars. I stayed for 7 nights. the place was convenient, close to the city centre, very spacious, the apartment condtion was clean and comfy. The bed sheets and towels were changed once on my 3rd night. The bins were cleared everyday. HOWEVER, the check-in experience was VERY disappointing. 「Amazing property for families and friends 」

「Asked for sea view, asked for larger room and happy to pay extra. Never received any reply from messages that I sent. On arrival called the mobile number on the information sheet which went to voicemail. On the night we stayed the weather was horrendous and all I heard all night was gates banging and something being blown around in the yard outside the window. 「Very clean and well equipped. Check in information good. Getting information on how to check out at 1:55 in the morning was less than helpful as it woke us up. We have to leave some alerts on as husband receives medical alerts overnight. It may not be a problem for those who can switch a do not disturb on. Also had to message to request an internet password for the medical monitoring. Owner was very helpful and provided it straight away but it would be helpful to have it available if internet is...
