"The location is good, easy getting around. The rooms are old. Our smoke detector battery died at 1am and had to be replaced. Someone came quickly to replace the battery, but the batteries should be changed so that doesn’t happen. The staff is the only thing I can rave about at this hotel. Everyone, from the moment we pulled up, until we were pulling out was exceptionally nice, polite, and helpful. They truly were the definition of hospitality at its best."

"Nice clean hotel in a safe area exactly in front of the convention center. Can't beat it if going to New Orleans for a seminar. Takes about 20-30 minutes to walk to Bourbon street."
