"My second stay at the Centara Watergate for my short vacation for Bangkok. The concierge team is always welcoming and polite. Checking in was smooth and easy. Reception team was very helpful and friendly. My room was located on 19th floor. Very bare amenities were placed in my room.No bathrobes were placed in my room. Called housekeeping and was delivered. Overall good experience and reccomended! "
