Cracking. Just near a skytrain station, super fashionable decor, great restaurants & bars, excellent staff. Minus 2 points out of 100 for 3pm check in and a slightly small breakfast spread, but really a great hotel. Highly recommended.

The Toto washlet/bidet was awesome. The power blinds and curtains, loved them. The grout in the bathroom could use more cleaning. The breakfast is alright, didn’t wow us. Everything else is great. The staff was fantastic, a five out of five!!!!!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views, AMAZING staff, and incredible service everywhere. Highly recommend staying here to be central to all of the attractions the city has to offer. Also, incredibly convenient to the train station as well. Don’t think twice about booking this hotel.

Great place to stay and the suite we had was brilliant for us with our toddler. Amazing gym facilities! Only thing missing from room was an iron and board but I’m sure you could ask for it. Lovely treats left out each day by the hotel. The club lounge access was nice too simple but just what we wanted.
