"Absolute 5-star service all the way. From the moment of arrival to the second we left, there was always an attentive, caring staff member looking after our needs, even anticipating what we want. From the relaxed check-in process to the service during every interaction with a staff member, whether holding the lift doors open for us, wishing a lovely day, asking genuine questions about how long we were staying etc, etc And the suites were superbly appointed with thoughtful and generous amenities, more space and comfort than we needed. True luxury at every level. And to have your own private balcony, with breathtaking views over the city at sunrise, sunset and night was fabulous."

"Beautiful airport hotel with a tunnel connecting the hotel to Bangkok airport. The train into Bangkok can be caught in the tunnel. I went to the Silom area from the hotel on the train and it was very easy. The swimming pool area is very beautiful "

"Excellent location with direct connection to BTS and shopping mall. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Room is good size, well appointed. Will stay here again."

"Staff was friendly and amazing! Ms. Pim of the 19th floor reception skillfully presented me with all the information needed to allow me to get comfortable at this property. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. A lack of working outlets near the bed and throughout the bathroom did pose some inconvenience. Only real issue was on both occassions when I scheduled for the room to be refreshed by a certain time, it was not completed on time. Having an understanding of staffing and challenges in housekeeping, I made each of my requests 3 to 4 hours ahead of the requested time. Although, I had to push an appointment as a result of the missed marks, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again."

"The hotel is beautiful. The room was very nice, clean, & comfortable. The bed was comfortable, slept great. The shower had good water pressure. Restaurant on site was good. All staff were helpful & friendly. My only “complaint”, the pick up from the airport took a long time. We waited over 40 minutes for pick up. "

"뷰, 룸컨디션, 위치, 서비스 매우만족했음. 샴푸가 나랑은 맞지 않았으나 3일동안 잘 사용했다. 수영장물은 계곡만큼 차가워서 들어갈수없었고 초등생 아이들만 아주잠시 놀았다 키즈룸,게임룸? 이 생각만큼 종류가많거나 하지않았지만 아이들이 가장 잘 이용한 시설. 사우나,자쿠지가 노키즈라 아쉬웠으나 노키즈라 좋기도 했다. 아이들이 굉장히 굉장히 많은 숙소라 밥먹으면서도우는 소리를 들어야했다. 바닷가를 가보지않았지만 터미널21이 가까웠고 호텔 옆 마사지샵도 나쁘지않음."
