They do speak English. The bathhouse (onsen) is great. Many options and clean. It is right next to the ocean too! "

For one night, I didn't mind. However, the staff were organised and welcoming. Unlike similar hotel chains, they had four lifts to take guests up and down. Everywhere was super clean.
