"This us my 2nd time staying at this great boutique hotel. Everything is immaculately clean, up to date, comfortable and totally impressive in every way. There is an unspoken welcoming vibe upon reaching the hotel. I will most certainly stay there if i were to visit Hakodate for the 3rd time :)"

"Aesthetically absolutely beautifully designed interior, however not so functional. We stayed over the new year so it was cold/dry weather so we wish they had humidifiers. The beds are extremely comfortable unlike the beds at the major hotels so we were able to get rest well to recover from 13 hours flight. Unfortunately unlike other guests, we didn't get response from the owner quickly. We got a response 3 days after we checked out which was not a big deal anyway. "

"This hotel has a public bath with natural hot spring. And it also has a sauna room, too. They are comfortable, but some people feel too hot to take a bath. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but sometimes stinkbugs may come to your room. The hotel is surrounded by nature such as forest, river, and grassland. "The hotel is near Hakodate train and bus station(You can take bus to HKD). There's morning market in next block of this hotel for seafood. Hakodate does not have underground so taking bus or tram may be easier to get to the attractions. Just be aware of the time. The breakfast is good and good to have in winter time (you don't want to go out in cold winter morning). "

"My family stayed here two nights. It is a beautiful hotel! The room was spacious with a deep bathtub and well appointed. They have a breakfast buffet available that was very nice. The second floor also features an onsen, which we didnt get to try. I have 3 large tattoos but they also had tattoo stickers, my tattoos are just very big. It didnt matter to me, we had so much fun! The hotel is directly next to the Hakodate Station which was great when we got off the train to heavy snow! There is a Lawson's on the ground level you can access without going outside. There are also cute restaurants and shops on the first floor and a Gold's Gym. We had a great stay and Hakodate is lovely."

"Really great value! We reserved for our family (5) and the 5th bed (pullout couch) was already made with sheets and everything. We had 4 full size beds. This hotel is only 2-3 min from the station. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We chose the option with breakfast (buffet style), and we loved the breakfast, too. My favorite was mini-melon-pan (bread) and there were many choices for food for breakfast, both Japanese and western style cuisine. I definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Very nice hotel with excellent amenities. The room was very large and super clean. I was very impressed with this hotel and the on site Onsen was the best one I have been to so far with indoor and outdoor onsen and sauna. I highly recommend this hotel. I also walked from the train station which was not far from the hotel (about 10 minutes walk)."
