"Beautiful and a great staff "

"One feels like a movie star arriving in a taxi boat that docks next to the hotel entrance. Hotel has great old world style and charm. 1 minute walk to St Marks Square. Breakfast staff were helpful. Nice buffet with bubbly prosecco available as a nice start to the day. Staff were pleasent and a good concierge service. Only thing that lets it down was no view whatsoever from our room. "

We requested connected rooms, and not only did they accommodate this, but they also gave us an amazing upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise. We also arranged a private transfer through the hotel, and it was completely seamless. The third-party company they worked with was excellent—professional, punctual, and exactly the kind of high-quality service you’d expect from a hotel like this. Every interaction with the staff was lovely, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay special. From the smooth logistics to the little thoughtful touches, everything added up to an amazing experience. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be returning.
