"From the start it was 5 star quality customer service. They let us check in early and drop our luggage in the room so we could enjoy our day. The room was very clean. We used the provided house slippers and enjoyed the complimentary water and made tea using the kettle and tea bag provided. The concierge was very helpful. We chose to go out every morning and have a pastry and a cappuccino or something like that. We were disappointed that the bar that was advertised was closed as far as service goes. We ask the desk clerk one evening if we could get a drink at the bar and he’d had to call someone from another facility or another place at least to come....

Our chalet unit had a cute little kitchen so self catering was available but only utensils and Wasing facilities supplied. Con-only if your a light sleeper the campsite is fairly close to a major highway roundabout so can be loud with traffic at night if your a light sleeper sensetive to noise ear...
