「Not really a good experience over all. Room is a bit old. Staffs are nice and helpful though.」

「We received a very kind welcome and had no problem finding the place. Centrally located but not on a busy fairway so you get a chance to enter calmly. Coffee (nespresso) and biscuits are set out which is nice to have when you’ve just arrived. Our room was cleaned and tidied everyday which was much appreciated. Highly recommend. 」

「The location of the hotel is very convince located near San Marco water bus station, and walking distance from train station (we did walk pleasantly from there to the train station). It is a small hotel with history, but the room is not small at all, and is very clean. Caterina is a very nice lady, she showed the place of the hotel in person and answered all the questions that we asked. We definitely will stay this hotel again.」

「we were arranged to the room at lowest floor, there were shortage of electricity at the night, luckily that the staff arrived very soon to rectify the problem. the staff was very helpful and passionate to share the information of Venice, and very kind.」
