"Fantastic location, close to the main stations and the tube. Close to oxford street and soho, so lots of food and drinking options. Only downsides were the area around tottenham court road is a bit rough, and at the hotel the aircon was loud and didnt work which onan earm daybwas not grey. Mentioned this to front desk, shout out to Vivian who was really helpful and arrnanged to get it fixed "

"The family room we stayed in was adequate although not much room once both beds were assembled. The picture on the website is misleading as it looks much more spacious. We’d enquired about staying another night but nobody followed up with us which is a shame. Breakfast was the best thing and Hassan in the restaurant was just lovely - it’s always tricky with a toddler but he was friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful."
