"There’s not a whole lot around the property but we just stayed there because of the proximity to Heathrow. The hotel itself was immaculately maintained and the buffet breakfast was amazing. The city center is an hour away by metro so it’s still accessible but if I was a tourist visiting I would look for something in the South Bank or Covent Garden but that’s not a knock on this hotel. The staff were professional and helpful as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"I have stayed here two years in a row. The location is very central in the middle of everything and easily walkable. The rooms are nice and updated. The staff was friendly. My only concern is that the room was very cold and was hard to get it warm enough for my American blood. In fairness, I didn't say anything and they probably could have helped if I did.
