"If you’re going to visit Aspen, stay here. Great for beginner skiers. Very small, intimate area with local shopping and dining. No reason to go off site for much. Free and convenient access to downtown Aspen if you want a change in scenery. "

"Staff had been very communicative and courteous. We had a problem with the property HOA putting our bikes on their patio, but staff were prompt in contacting me, and respectfully told me the issues that needs to be addressed. "

"We had burned out light bulbs (replaced), a broken icemaker, a non-working oven (was fixed) & non-working lobby keys (replaced) Not what we needed to deal with during our trip!"

"The original unit booked was having “ WiFi issues” so the property manager moved us to a smaller unit that did not accommodate our party very easily. We had to be persistent to get into the originally booked unit, which had the space to sleep us comfortably. There was no WiFi, but otherwise lovely and clean. The communication prior to our arrival regarding this issue and the unit switch was not great and we only found out after hours and were not given a choice to keep the larger original Unit....
