"Towels were extremely worn and some stained know face cloths are available only large towel and hand towels. Rooms were clean but lacked luster and bedding did not have enough pillows or comforter as the room gets cold with the air conditioning. Staff was friendly but often over engaging crossing boundaries or unable to communicate due to language barriers. Drinks were watered down. "This is a really nice property. I was very pleasantly surprised by my room. My room actually looked identical to the photos that they had listed online which I really did appreciate cause a lot of the time you don’t get what they show you. The food was OK. The food at the RIU in Jamaica Ocho Rios was way better, it provided a lot more options, just in the buffet . But this one is fine as well. All of the staff was awesome. Everybody was always great.
