This was our 2nd trip to the Majestic Mirage in Puta Cana. Both times we were fortunate to have Pablo Martinez as our butler. He was most attentive and accommodating. The grounds, rooms and restaurants were all well maintained. We just booked a 3rd stay for October 2025 and can’t wait to return

This resort was so great. From the beginning to end the staff was very aware of our needs. We've never felt so taken care at other resorts. Our butler Omar was so nice, he checked on us via text every day and took care of our needs. My husband and I decided to take this trip last year and of course we were a little weary about safety; we felt very safe on the resorts. Our house keeper Maria maintained our room everyday and she did a fantastic job. She always made our room look so cute and clean. For my birthday my room was decorated with the cutest and romantic detail. I would suggest bringing at least one nice outfit so you can try the restaurants that have a dress code. However, the Marketplace is where we ate for all 3 meals. Super easy, lots to choose from. We stayed in the adults only part of the resort, just because. They also have a adults only beach area. The water was so nice. The weather was spot on 80°f . The only suggestion I would have is to provide a cork opener, ours broke in half trying lmao! But, we talked to Omar and voila, we were given a new champagne bottle and more rum. They literally provide everything. Omar and Maria H. both deserve raises for all the stuff people put these staff member through. I believe people need to remember these are people providing a service and to show them kindness and respect and please and thank you go a long way. They also are working to provide for their families.

Beautiful resort and we were also upgraded to a room with rooftop and spa. Also, every room was given a butler. Jeffrey was ours and so good about checking in and making sure we were having a great time. He helped us numerous times to get difficult reservations for dinner and golf. I highly recommend Majestic Resorts!

We had a great time during our four night stay at Majestic Mirage. Everyone who worked there was kind and accommodating, and all spaces beautifully appointed. They upgraded us to a swim-up room and we spent most of the time sunning in the private pool or on the beach. It’s really the perfect place to unwind and do nothing, although they did have plenty of activities and entertainment as well. The food was a little strange at times - not matching what was on the menu, or pasta sauce that was more reminiscent of tomato soup - but it wasn’t bad, and there were so many options that even if something turned out to be strange, you could find something else that wasn’t. Fresh juice & smoothies, quality alcohol, beautiful scenery, and overall excellent value for money. One thing I will mention (unrelated to the resort) is how much of a disaster PUJ airport is - do yourself a favor and look into that if you’ve never experienced it before. It was a nightmare and not the way you want to end your trip; if we visit again, we will pay for the base level VIP service just to avoid having to go through security.

We have really enjoyed staying at the MAJESTIC RESORTS. We like the way you keep it up with the landscaping always trimmed and proper, the bartenders are always ready to accommodate your needs. Maid service kept our rooms neat and clean. Pablo, our butler ♥️ always kept up with any needs we had. The restaurants all had great food with minimal wait times. We loved the spa hydrotherapy tretments. Beaches kept clean and neat. Our room was cold, we tried cranking thermostats up but stayed cold. We didn't bring it to anyone's attention because we thought it better cold than too hot. This was our 8th stay between the Colonial and Mirage and we will be back. Thanks, Kevin & Maureen Storstad

Our stay at the resort was a mixed experience, though the positives certainly stood out. The beach was excellent—pristine, inviting, and perfect for relaxation. The resort’s location was ideal, within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach itself, which made getting around very convenient. We particularly enjoyed dining at the restaurant by the beach. It offered stunning views that made every meal a delightful experience. Room cleaning services were impeccable, with the housekeeping staff ensuring everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. However, the food services left room for improvement. Some dishes were not properly warmed up, which was disappointing. Additionally, we encountered a few unfriendly staff members at the coffee shop, which detracted from the otherwise warm hospitality. Another notable downside was the DJ night. While it had the potential to be a fun experience, the music was unfortunately dominated by a few guests who insisted on playing music from their home country, dampening the overall vibe for others. Overall, the resort excels in its location, beach, and room cleanliness, but it could improve its food services and entertainment management to ensure a more balanced experience for all guests.
