"Hotel access is easy to Namba station, dotonburi, kurumon market, and other nearby areas. The entrance, lobby, dining area, 3rd floor guest rooms and laundry room was renovated recently and is much better from our last stay in 2023. Hopefully the rooms from the 4th floor up are the next big upgrade. They had a great breakfast buffet to get your day started Overall great area to stay, has great strategic location. I have recommended this hotel to friends and family for their stay when visiting...

"Two adults two teens stayed in a Quad room for 1 night to get an early start for USJ the next day. I carefully considered hotels and locations - this was the most expensive hotel night of our trip but ultimately worth it for the convenience and experience. It would have taken 3 trains from Shin-Osaka station to USJ station so we got a taxi instead, and to Namba station when we left. Front desk, porter and concierge staff all so helpful, inckuding storing our luggage after check out while at USJ....
