"Unfortunately it was the coldest night this year and my bedroom heating wasn't working so the lovely woman from reception said i could change room of give me hear heater so i took her heater also there was a very noisy guest who wouldn't shut up but i did get a sleep in the end "

"Great hotel on the other side of the river to Newcastle town. Just a very quick walk over the bridge and you are in the centre of Newcastle. The lobby and front restaurant were very clean and offered a great selection of food and drinks. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast was in the restaurant, and the selection was very comprehensive. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety of the food. The staff were very helpful, and nothing was too hard for them.
