"We stayed here because the hotel hosting the convention we were attending had sold out of rooms. The location was perfect, the price was right, and the room clean and comfortable. What stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They went out of their way to be helpful. "

"The bathroom is filthy. Shower wall has dirt in between the grout. There is wet pee behind the toilet, numerous rips on the Shower curtain. The soap that's supposed to be mounted on the wall, fell off and was just sitting on the sink. So many obvious things, I honestly didn't even bother to report it. That's just the bathroom. I'll never ever stay here again. Thank God it's just for one night. The hotel is old, but the lobby looks updated. I hate when they do that. Terrible...

"My friend and I Spent the wknd there for my Birthday. I had a peaceful wknd. Breakfast was tasty. Servers were social-able. Front desk staff were super sweet. Offering to add my points to an account I didn’t even know I had. We miss out on those opportunities when we forget to add our points but most importantly when we’re not asked or reminded. They were. very helpful. One of the girls actually let me borrow her snow scraper to clean my car. Thanks Again Love❤️"

"Clean and comfy, as I always expect from Aloft. Bed was made every night while I was out, complimentary coffee was extremely appreciated. Had small technical issue with the room key, was resolved immediately by the front desk. Will absolutely be returning next year!"
