The lady in the front desk - seems to be a bit rude- She has to be more careful because people comes from different places of the world and sometimes we are use to high customer service. A High Recognition to Artemio- ( Life Saver) He should be one of the best workers at this hotel. He saved my Life- we will be thankful Forever. ( so sad he does not have some more equipment to do his job easier) I will definitely recommend to Family and Friends. "
