"We had to book an earlier flight from US on short notice prior to our previously schedule resort trip. Place was great. Closest you can get to airport and quiet despite location. Pool was great and service was top notch. We ate at the restaurant and grabbed a few drinks at hotel and pool bar. We grabbed the shuttle from the airport via WhatsApp and they arrived promptly. "

"It was nice and quiet. Super friendly staff. They let us check in early, and held out bags for free the day of checkout. We were able to use the facilities until 7pm—although checkout is at noon! Couple nice places to eat as well as an Oxxo directly across the street. The rooms need a little maintenance—the bathrooms are aging and our shower didn’t work well. The pool always had enough beds available, free towel service, and the beach is excellent. All in all I liked it. I would...

"Check-in was delayed by almost an hour due to high occupancy and this was inconvenient, but probably rare. Otherwise, I liked it a lot. I was on the 11th floor with a King bed. The view was amazing. And the bed was extremely comfortable. I am still thinking of the bed, 12 hours after checkout. The towels were also excellent. And I can confirm that it was spotless clean."
