"Our air conditioning in room 1721 could not keep up properly, our clothing felt wet when getting dressed in the morning. Only 1 elevator worked, so took the stairs often, stairwells weren’t always clean. Otherwise, breakfast was very good, ate other meals off property, with a few good options near by. "The location was excellent, loved the beach and the pool. I got a free upgrade with the most amazing balcony overseeing the water. It is definitely a party hotel, so if you’re into that go for it. I only tried the buffet restaurant which was excellent and the “fancy” restaurant- which was disappointing. The staff were all very polite and friendly. "
