“I arrived at check in time of 4pm and was not able to check in because the manager was not there. She showed up 45 minutes later. Check in was OK. I asked about the time for the free continental breakfast the details showed. She claims because it wasn't on the confirmation of the reservation, she was not going to honor it. The ad also says free airport shuttle. Details to contact the property did not come up on my end until I was already in route to the property so I ended up taking a taxi. ……

“We only stayed one night because we came in a day earlier than our group. We rented a villa to accommodate all of us. When we booked the reservation stated breakfast was included however, they did not accommodate us for breakfast. There was renovations being done at the time so very dusty and hazardous. ”
